ANC-TEC is a testing laboratory founded in 2017 with a total of eight employees. We are specialised in the testing and evaluation of fasteners and all products related to façades. Since April 2019 we are accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. The accreditation is valid for the scope specified in the certificate attachment D-PL-21215-01-00. The accreditation certificate can be viewed on our website.

Marcel Wolter, has been CEO at ANC-TEC GmbH since January 2019. He already worked for nine years in a testing laboratory and acquired extensive knowledge and a large network in the fastening industry during this time.

Description:
Johannes J. Teubner began his professional career from 2008 to 2011 with an apprenticeship as a water engineer in order to get to know the numerous facets of civil engineering. From 2014 he deepened his knowledge by studying civil engineering at the HTWK Leipzig. In addition to his studies, he gained two years of experience in testing.
Johannes has been your contact person in the Fastening Department since July 2018 and has been working specifically on chemical anchoring at ANC-TEC GmbH since 2024.

In 2007, completed studies as a Dipl.-Kfm. (equivalent to Master of Business Administration) and in 2015, obtained a degree as a Dipl.-Ing. (equivalent to Master of Science in Engineering) from HTWK Leipzig in the field of Civil Engineering.
Description:
Sebastian Möller has been working as a project manager for the facade technology department at ANC-TEC GmbH since April 2021. He successfully completed his degree as a Dipl.-Kfm. in 2007. After that he deepened his knowledge by studying Civil Engineering at HTWK Leipzig. In addition to his studies, he has been working as a supervising high-altitude worker in the engineering inspection of industrial and infrastructure structures worldwide since 2004.

Shawn Ives
Project Manager Fastening
Academic career:
Graduated in 2014 with a double degree in engineering from ENSCI (École Nationale Supérieure de Céramique Industrielle) in Limoges, France, and a Master of Science in High-Performance Materials.
Description:Shawn Ives has gained extensive experience in R&D, working across various fields, including automation for waste-sorting systems, metallurgy, architectural glass, automotive glass, and high-performance ceramics. Since relocating to Germany, he has been involved in international projects and has developed expertise in project management.
Shawn has been responsible for fastening technology for metal anchors and anchor channels as a project manager since 2024.
