In the fastening department we have several years of experience in testing and evaluating metallic anchors, such as bolt anchors, impact anchors, concrete screws, undercut anchors, spiral anchors or ceiling nails as well as plastic anchors (e.g. frame anchors or ETICS anchors). In addition, ANC-TEC GmbH determines the load-bearing capacity of chemical anchors, wood screws, subsequent probation connections, glass fibre reinforced plastics (GRP) as connection or anchoring systems as well as anchor and mounting rails or transport anchors on your behalf.
We carry our tests out depending on the normative requirements in cracked or non-cracked concrete, solid and perforated bricks as well as in cellular concrete. In addition to tensile, compression and shear force tests, our extensive testing facilities also enable threshold and alternating loads as well as tests in moving cracks or C1 and C2 seismic tests.
On your behalf, our facade team tests all components of the substructure and cladding, including anchoring, connecting and fastening means, in accordance with standards and professional standards with regard to wind suction, wind pressure and dead weight.
Our testing facilities allow conditioning in low or high temperatures as well as in various media. With our bending device, we can also reliably determine the bending properties of large-format claddings.
ANC-TEC GmbH carries out tests and evaluations in accordance with applicable regulations such as DIN or EN standards, European Technical Assessment Guidelines (ETAGs), European Assessment Documents (EADs), Technical Reports (TR) or VDI guidelines. You can download EADs and Technical Reports (TR) free of charge from the website of the European Organisation for Technical Assessments (EOTA). DIN and EN standards can be obtained for a fee from Beuth Verlag.
